Shuttle Ruidoso currently serves eligible riders through the plans and programs below. The listed client lines can confirm your benefit and help arrange an authorized ride.

Coverage we work with
We currently provide approved medical rides through Presbyterian, Molina, UnitedHealthcare, and BCBSNM Medicaid; exempt or straight state Medicaid; select Medicare plans; Mescalero IHS PRC; and the New Mexico Department of Veterans’ Services Highly Rural Transportation Program. Eligibility, trip authorization, and availability vary.
We accept approved BCBSNM Medicaid rides through October 31, 2026. Beginning November 1, 2026, Shuttle Ruidoso will no longer provide BCBSNM Medicaid transportation. BCBSNM members should call their plan about other transportation options for trips on or after that date.
For BCBSNM, Presbyterian, Molina, and UnitedHealthcare Medicaid, Shuttle Ruidoso cannot directly book your ride. Call your plan’s transportation broker or client line listed below to request and schedule it. You may ask whether Shuttle Ruidoso is available as your transportation provider.
