Non-emergency medical transportation

Getting to care should feel easier.

Shuttle Ruidoso helps eligible riders travel to medical appointments throughout New Mexico. Our drivers are stationed across southeastern New Mexico.

How to arrange a covered ride

Transportation benefits and booking rules vary by health plan and program. Call the member services or transportation number on your insurance card to confirm eligibility and schedule a trip. You can ask whether Shuttle Ruidoso is available for your ride.

We serve eligible riders through Presbyterian, Molina, and UnitedHealthcare Medicaid; BCBSNM Medicaid through October 31, 2026; exempt or straight New Mexico Medicaid; select Medicare plans; Indian Health Service; the New Mexico Department of Veterans’ Services; workers’ compensation; and other approved arrangements. Participation does not guarantee coverage for every member or trip.
